Will NPC spawns stay if repack is updated?

I'm wondering if new NPC spawns (like if I spawned onyxia in Badlands as an example), will that stay if I update my antrix repack?

i created a couple things at GM Place killed them with a GM spawn and about 5 mins later it respawned.
