So, what it actually does ? And what does those cache files include ? Is this worth to download ?

even though this is a old topic ill tell what this does
It's a program that turns your cache files for like items and makes it a sql file so you could add it to your db like custom items can be ripped from it.

Ehh no. It doesnt memory edit, nor it does not read memory.

WDB to SQL parser just _parses_ WDB values to SQL format, wdb is a file database format blizzard uses to cache data sent to client, so it doesnt need to be send again, thus reducing the amount of network stuff send.

You won't get spawns from wdb's, you get templates.

You don't. WDB's have always been parsed, theyr nothing different. Not to mention that this parser worked last time on 3.0.1 :P
