instance errors

hi, when i tried to enter onyxia's lair it popped up with this "you tried to join an invalid instance (6 on map 249) repopping at exit battleground"
nor can enter kara, it says i need to be in a raid group...
btw, i used .recall port onyxia...

anyone got a surgestion how to fix it or ?

Try .gmon when u try enter an instance, and i think onyxia is a bit bugged.
