Looking for an Assistant Admin

Hey guys, me again. I am looking for an Assistant Admin for a site I am getting up. Link! (http://unblockaweb.info) I will be gone most of the night and I am just looking for a person that is willing to set it up for me. Create Categories, forums, and start a few threads. I would really PREFER that this person be a mod on this site (1. I can trust them, 2. They know what they are doing). PhpBB is an offshoot of PHP. also if i get stuck on anything my dad has about 20-30 books on all forms of stuff. also what exaclty do you need just a normal forum?

It is all installed. All you need to do is use the admin panel to create categories and all that. And if you do not know, phpBB is a Forum system. Kinda easy to use.
