Hello, I have been developing servers for about two years now and have had experience with many types of servers and have sadly shutdown. Some people who even say there not and have payed money for a website and all that jazz.
The servers I have worked on are:
Winter-WoW (The First one)
Winter-WoW (the Second one that shutdown right after launch)
Darkness-WoW
Darkforge
Doom-Craft
I am developer in a retail guild's server (Realm Moon Guard Horde)
Desolace-WoW
Shadow-Walkers-WoW
I am skilled with item creation (Over 6 pages in WoW-V and I am very well known on there) Half of my Items use Lore and half do not. Some are for like a joke. IE: The Two-handed Dagger of the Rogue
I have been able to create arenas, Malls, Dungeons, Events, Guild Halls( I have over 220 custom game objects) Forums, and many other
I am still thinking between a Blizzlike or a Fun-server. But they each have different goals that need to have already been made for me to work on it (I am really tired of wasting my time on server that just shutdown)

How long have you played ascent servers? Well for about 1-2 years
How long have you been GM? Well I have owned about 5 servers, been gamemaster on 3 and admin on 2 other servers, Been developer on all but 2 servers.
How well do you know the commands? I have the antrax/ascent addon and a book next to my computer that tells me what they do
Do you speak English fluently? Yes I live in the states and I speak English...
What position exactly are you applying for? A Developer for your server
If you get chosen what can you give to us? Well I can design Raid Events, Events that force factions together. I also have some other Developers I have worked with and I KNOW they are good and are Rule heavy.
If you are chosen as GM what would you do if you found a hacker? I'd freeze his account from the Navicat Database, Record his account name and all the other information, Keep him banned but take a screen shot AND video of him doing anything directly against rules. And let the owner of the server take further action if needed.
What would you do if you found a player harassing you or players for gold? I'd warn him first if he does it again that I will mute his account and IP. Then talk to him telling him that its just a game for fun. But we still have rules that people need to work by.
What do you think is the hardest GM command you know? Well...I think the hardest is the one that reloads cause some .reload command versions are hard to get right. I remember this one time I was uploading my custom Buildings and tried to reload objects but never would work and i tested the spawn.. I dropped Stormwind on top of Illidan. Sadly didn't kill him..

Many of my work can be found on Youtube, and yet the server shut down so the ones who made the you-tube account deleted it when they shutdown.
I hope I can find a server who needs help developing.
