how u make things that have special chance on hit or something? like summon or knock back? there is not option for that on wow-v what do you use?

oif you use wow-v when u get to the part where u gotta choose ur stats
spell dmg, att power, crit for example.

where it says [easy] in green, click on that and it will take u to advanced options. then get spell id's from thottbot/wowhead where ever u get them and put those ID's in.
that should do the trick ^^
