How can you "script" stuff when you don't even know LUA?

There's a Table in database named "ai_agents" and theres also "npc_monstersay". Those 2 tables are like little scripts You can add spells and texts to your NPCs easily with those! :P

Ya guys, couple of errors. First, the layout of the Dev Application came from another site so any useless info on there is now explained. Secondly, I do know LUA, I've known LUA for about 6 months now.
