having trouble making public

and i need to get this straight...i reallllly want to get my bro to connect to my server ...hes on a lan and maybe some friends not on the lan..when they fix up their realmlist.wtf and their wow473519.wtf files what do they put...(im trying the nonhamachi method) do they put set realmlist 127.0.0.1 or do i put my external ip which is 24.253.34.88. or do i put my internal router ip which is 192.168.1.102. I also read that u gotta forward furhter ports for people to conenct if so what are they...thansk for the help and i cant wait for a reply, Justin.

if there not on lan then they do your external, if they are your lan then they put your internal ip, you oin the same put 127.0.0.1
