hey i just thought that lost of people still asking why some sertain things doesnt work wich the ac-web repack so i thought i'll upload a working compile and you can download it and just replace it with your old server files! i promise you there will be plenty of bug fixes and all kinds of stuff:D if you want more just ask an i'll upload some more compiles

Along with a new revision, they will need to update their database as well, so you'd better supply the SQL updates that come from the ArcEmu SVN if you don't want everyone getting 1378 errors when starting up.
