Not 100% positive but this seems a lot like Howling's repack just from reading the description and comparing it with Howling's

Also to the guy above me, it does seem that he does not have the mental capability to create a repack let alone compile, which is probably the easiest part, if he were smart enough he probably could have at least said NCDB, which I doubt he packed in with it but idk..

Yea i changed it to my dynamic DNS but still no
And i cant use character and the other db cuse my heidiSQL freezes up and goes not responding

Hex editor? Lol, why would you need a hex editor to open a batch file? Echo is a sign that it was a .bat file which can be opened in Notepad >_<, you used a hex editor for no reason lol
