Awsome Repack, but there are 3 npc's in GM Island that are just acting weird! one of them is casting somehing, another just swims away, and the other one just blows up the npc's are armor from 50010 - 50012! and the instance in the isle of quel'danas well it doest seem to do anything! :( but thnx for the repack Awsome Work!

Badass Job Jargs. I got my server running and already killed that bitch Illidan.. he's not as tough as people think he is. But one problem I've found.. I made a rogue and a warrior and i went and learned Dual Wield.. but it wont lemme. Keeps telling me I cant. Any ideas? Maybe it's something on my end I can fix if anyone has a suggestion

you ca look at the instances not working the bright way and make it an admn island and btw you can get there by putting cheat fly on and typing .worldport 530 10866.359375 -6733.026855 -45.795536 then fly up to the surface of the water and fly forward till you get there and add a recall port (.recall add <name of recall>)

Hey, im new here to AC WoW, i joined to make my private server.
i found a guide tht shows me everything i need to do in order to make my server, one of the things was to install .Net Framework, did so.
The next was to install your AC-Web Ultimate Repack 7.1, i clicked on the link to do so, tried to download it, "but", when I click download, it keeps taking me to a page that says "Slow down! You're trying to download files too quickly, you must wait (certain amount of seconds), before you may download another file, but I didn't download a file.

I was so excited, but now I'm little angry, because there are no quests! I've made fresh maps, and everything else was directly from exe. I'm using WoW client 2.4.1 (8125) En - Gb. With previous repack there was no problem - so is there any simple solution (something in config) which i can reapir my server, or it is some kind ascent bug?

While i was trying to get isle of quel danas (i know i know i need to take portal wich dosent exist) i realized this repack only makes youre client compatible with it wich mean you can accept new items or see new mobs but the server dosent have it so wich means you can t get items you can t se emobs you can t go in instance of quel.

I was having the same error! then i found out that i instaled the new repack on my desktop! but it needs to be instaled into /c/Ac Web ultimate repack i copied my old 233 server on my desktop to save my old chars! and the i instaled 7.7 and its worked!

to answer ur question from page 10.. before you update you have to compare the tables. dump the new ascent to sql and the old to sql.. See if your old table has more or less tables then the new.. then go into navicat and "design structure" or something simular and add or remove the tables.. for items you have to delete 2 tables.. er "arenarequirement" and one other I am now righting a full upgrading tutorial which i will link when I'm done

Hi, the new ac web repack 7.7 does not seem to work. when i start the programe i get Unhandlet exeption has occurred in your aplication. Id you click to continue, the application will ignore this error and atempt tp continue. If you click Quit, the aplication will close immediately.

File not Found.

I got a problem with the map extraction here, I got a few possible solutions, I am gonna try more things before I give up.

1. does the map extraction work on vista?
2. has anyone else experienced this (Im using the enGB extractor)

Problem: I move the ad.exe file to my WoW directory, start the program and the maps folder doesnt get any of the maps ad.exe claims to be extracting

It's 2.4.x compatible, the only reason your moaning is because your too lazy to add the 2.4 content yourself, which with a 5 second search of these forums will find you an sql you can use.

Looks good but this update seems to dislike windows 2003, Works fine on XP tho. I'll just keep using 7.5 repack on my server untill i work it out

had something like that happen on older version I just reset NPC casting or you could just delete it & readd it .NPC has all the ingame commands 4 it or you could just look at raw data & change spell on that NPC But been new better off trying .NPC commands first

Ok I've got the whole Apache wont bind to port 0.0.0:80 thing going on, but I dont have another apache going, nor do I have or ever used Skype.

Can Apache be told to listen on a new port to fix this problem?

To inken, delete the encrypted password and it should work fine.

i had problems with the control thing so i started up the apache and mysql files and stuff (the ones said in the readme), i start up logonserver, then ascent and the ascent file doesn't seem to have any problems at first but then it says:

to nicexe, port number 80 is not available for your system. check skype, IIS or any other web server you have and change its port to something else like 8080. just let apache be the only web server that use this port and your problem will be solved.

I downloaded the AC Web Ultimate Repack 7.7.
I followed everything I was supposed to do, from the read-me, youtube videos, everything. I want to test it out by myself before I go public. But there are alot of problems.
*When I try to log in as either:
Username: admin
Password: admin
or
Username: root
Password: ascent
It says the information I have presented is invalid.
Then occassionally I get through to the connecting, and it just stays at connecting. I don't get what's happening.
I have tried AC Control Panel, which says "You server is running!"
It isn't really...
I tried manually to open it. It just says the information I have presented is invalid.
I tried everything. And the fact that we are in Patch 2.4.2 kind of makes it confusing. The videos on youtube describing how to log in and use AC Web Ultimate Repack 7.7 say 2.4.1, but it is 2.4.2.
I have been told by everyone just try modifying everything. I changed everything to the way I wanted, but I as well can't find the file to change my username or password.
Please help, I am not trying to give you a tantrum or give you shit, but please help.

to log in on the server its admin / admin, if you want to modify database (DB) then its root / ascent. but you modififyed your realmlist? and you modified the server list? on what to connect to? (cant remember whats the setup for 7.7 repack is since i use howlings fun server)

Yes, it's been a long time. New repack has 2.4.x support and is available in the downloads section. Also I have added moon++ scripts so that instances will be scripted. Have fun!

With the new Repack, I can't figure out how to create an account for my buddy to play on. There are commands to ban, unban, mute, unmute, and upgrade account access, but NOTHING to create one.. What's up with that?
