Can someone give me the link or gime a detailed instruction how to spawn NPC like lets say Warior Trainer on the place i stand and things like tht?

Look up the trainers ID on wowhead.com and type .npc spawn <id>


[EDIT] Go to Wowhead type in "Warrior Trainer" and select which one you want then look at the url address bar the last numbers are its ID

ok thx...oh and is there something like that for skills like if i can do .learn riding 300 or something like that.

Yeah there is you can try ( .advanceallskills 400 ) and the ids are in wowhead/thottbot just look around to learn spells its .learn <id>
