How to fix the: "English errmsg" Error

I've seen that some ppl have problem with their MySql and they get this error that says that the English errmsg cant be found...it's because u aint got the AC-Web Ultimate Repack extracted in C:\Programs

And if it still doesn't work with the Repack extracted at the right place, u'll need to change some stuff in C:\Programs\Ac-Web Ultimate Repack\Website\MySQL\bin\
Just replace the "My" file with the new "My" file that i uploaded :P if ya get what i mean ;P

Man i all ready said how to fix that all you realy got to do is go in that MY file and Just change the C:\ to the Drive you have it on and the File location

Then how could i come that no 1 knew how to fix it? There were some guys that needed help with that error, and since i had it in the beginning too i thought it was a good idea to post it and explain how i fixed it with help from Jargs.... i guess im sorry to "repost" or whatever... :(
