Manually Adding Accounts

How do I manually add an account? Navicat doesn't load anything up when I use it, so where can I find a hard file to edit.

To see the tables in Navicat, you have to make a new connection. To do that press the connection button on the top left and fill in the rest. Make sure you make the name antrix, user: root and pass: antrix. Then test the connection and press done. After that, click on the server icon and you should see the tables come up on the right, then edit under the account table. Hope that helped.
