Instant Armor/Weapon proficiency (for GM's)

I got really tired of going to all the different trainers or typing each .learnsk command for over 20 skills so I made this, nothing special just copy to your macro and you can get all proficiencies in weapons/armors in about 3 seconds on all your characters or friends :)
