how to link navicat to rev2

first off this is the most helpfull place i have ever been. i didn't know anything about c++ or coding, and with your help i have sucessfully created a server that is fully functional and public... thank you.... now i would like to make my brother a gm. i have navicat and would like to know how to link the rev2 db to the navicat.

when the server is running click new connection, username = root password = antrix, then open up the database which says antrix, then the accounts table and change his "GM" to 3
