Official Tournament Server - Project

This project will turn your WoW server into a PVP server.

Things that need doing:

Vendors
Custom Battleground
Class Quests NPC
Custom Trainers
Edited Starting Spawns
Custom Portals
Custom PVP Gear
Levelup NPC
Battlemaster NPC

I would love to help out.


It would be really easy to change the starting items to include full 20 slot bags and a set of gear for your class. That way people wont have to scrummage through vendor windows to find their items. You could also include the vendors if people want a different set etc.

ok drmidnight ill put you on the job of starting items, make each class spawn with full gladiator set and some 20 slots bags and a few war mounts and weapons shields etc. Thorz you look into custom trainers and making them teach all class spells (even quest spells) for free. tell me if those jobs sound too hard for you guys or too much.

I haven't touched VB code in a LONG time. Ill look into it though. So, Let me get this straight.. You want all trainers to give spells and training for free? Does this include Profession Trainers?

I would love to help, but I am not experienced with emulation. Is all of it just editing the antrix DB code to specific standards? LIke if you wanted to edit starting points, all you would need to do is go where you want the new spawn to be(X,Y,Z) and enter that information in? I would love messing around with that, but I have no clue what I am doing.

I have already started with the starting items and some of the item vendors. Also I made a quest npc that gives you a quest to level you to 70. All you do is talk to him and accept the quest then talk to him again and complete it.

The custom bg will be difficult, but for a great flat spot is inside the Dalaran dome. On my old server thats where me and friends would have endless pvp battles. It would be really easy to set 2 graveyards and portals to and from. I used to have that set up on my mang0s server, but I have lost all my database files.

I am going to try and work on a gem vendor. It will have all gems, plus all pvp gems. Or maybe many gem vendors (Red, yellow, blue, green, meta). I'll give it a try. What area/how big is the starting zone going to be? Is it going to be like the major city pvp sign up area, or is it going to be like a huge open space?

To be honest with you. I'm not sure of Jargs schedule. He's normally on at night, like a few hours before you. So. Maybe come on earlyer tomorrow or something.. I don't know tough.

I want too be in too i can make for each class own custom sets with custom weapons and jewelry if you want me in you'r team i can do this for you (i now its not hard and it is easy but it save you some time :)
