Looking for the best DB out there?

Hello I am just looking for the best DB I can find, if anyone knows of a really good DB that does not make you instant level 70 please post the link thank you very much.

What am I talking about well I have a DB now that as soon as you login,There is a ncp that makes you instant level 70 and you don't even have to do anything use just talk to the ncp and except the quest and then talk to the ncp again and your level 70, It has nothing to do with the config files!

im looking for a fun server and a bliz like db.
