Avatar animation

for some reason.. my avatar's animation is not working. Any1 know y? i saved it as a gif file and i made animations on PS

if you use PS CS3 you probably make mistake
if you want to save animated gif you have to use save for web and devices
if u use save as ... compu serve.gif it wont animate:D:D

No .gif's take up to much space and jarqs has avatars set at 20kbs

i saved for web and devices.. and I viewed my pic and it did animate but and when i hosted it on image shack it still animated.. but when i changed my avatar it stopped animating
