This art does not look like it was done in photoshop. It looks like a scanned in picture that may have been colored in photoshop.

This could be done in photoshop but your colors are telling me it's a scanned picture. They look "dulled" out like a photocopy & if you look closely at the wolves back, you will notice a light greyish outline that is related to an old scanner.

Looks neat though.
