Next to the server name it says gold member and underneath that it says

in <number> Out <number>

what does this mean

From what i've figured out.

In = How many people click to go TO the website (from that advert's links e.g. on their server's website)

Out = How many people click to go TO the server's website

Into the webpage, out from the webpage (webpage being xtremetop100) basically

the gold member means that they are paying the site so that they get more votes like in or out faster.

in means the total votes and out means the total of ppl that visited your site but didnt vote, they just left.

also the gold membership allows for banners i do think.
