Death Knight Rune problems

Ok first of all, i would like to thank whoever keeps on making there private server Emus, as id be bored to death without em, anyway i was just wondering does anyone know how to fix this bug
My dk dosnt seem to have the rune system, or runic power, whenever i click to use somthing (for example death and decay) it will say not enough runes, same thing for spells that require runic power. anybody know how to fix?

also to add on, if anybody has anything that i can get so i can edit spells, please inform me ASAP
