I too am having issues with non drops. I haven't looked into the script yet, but could the updated script corrupt the loot table?

Also, does anyone know the name of the loot table in question? I have limited it to the loot tables after upping the drop rate and still only getting money drops and no quest or other drops.

Tried to fix both the creatureloot and the objectloot tables via Maintan Table/Repair Table/Extensive. The results came back OK for both, but the problem remains.

So this stuff doesnt work for making a WOTLK private server? I have the game files and the 4 files from here: 3.0.3 Aspire Core+DBC+Maps+SQL

see what i find is that when i run arcemu-world after mysql and arcemu-logon aer running, it loads all the files and then just before its finished and waiting, the mysql window reprts all the loots tables loading as failed and the reason is that the sort was aborted. no i assumed that meant the tables are crashing but if not does anyone know what that means???

The tutorial is GREAT!THX!But I have a PROBLEM....when i log in the realm selection window appears and there is no realm...How can i put in a realm?

hey skeletor it looks like u need to go into ur navicat and edit the accts table in the accts database, pm me if u dont get it. btw the default is admin:admin

harabusa if u were u i would go into the ascent-realms.conf in ur aspirecore folder where the logon and world exe are and paste in underneath everything

<Realm1 Name = "Name realm"
Address = "127.0.0.1:8129"
Icon = "PVP"
Colour = "1"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "1">

unonn it looks like u have bad sqls are u trying to run 3.0.3 on this? cause u need to broaden ur database if thats the case

ok i have done and redone the password part at the end several times but im not seeing what im missing.. could someone just post the config files with fake passwords so i can see what im doing wrong?

Thanks for all the help...i was able to follow the tut and i even used the new 3.0.3 core and rev +rep +rep +rep..... oh btw everyone asked the questions i needed help with ALL THE INFO IS IN THE FORUM AND HE HAS SAID IT ALOT!! OF TIMES....

this is an awsome tut, i managed to work everything out in about 2 hours and was the most informative of the 3 i read

well... my only issue is that when i click accept after creating a chr, im DCd when it goes to loading screen. got any ideas?

the configs folder is in your ascent folder, in a previous step, you were told to delete everything and then download the latest rev and extract it all into the ascent folder, the configs folder is one of the folders that you extracted into the ascent folder.

I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that this guide is for 2.4.3, are you using a patch number higher than that? If not, I'm sorry but I don't know

ok, now i have two problems

1. loot tables still don't work and everything still doesn't drop anything but gold

2. maps don't seem to be working. this is to say that on the world map, i don't think the game recognizes where i am. also, the recall command doesn't work and so i can't teleport.

Another prob where can i download the whydb.sql file can u give me link please? i cant find if i download something it give me like notepad ...
