I for one think that it should be based on skill and expierience. Maybe a minimum rank requirment of Member or Veteran.

I've applied. Moonpeach=kicked and banned and i can understand why he's immature i part owned forums with him, we just kicked him for immaturity and he now wants to take me to court for nothing  . ggace as far as i know left

he wants to take me to court though, only thing he coulda done it for was using his vb license, shame we're not. I own the domain and thats now using another host. Shame poor ol moonpeach not...
